Cancellation Policy
I understand that life happens and schedules can change. Due to the time, preparation, and dedication required for each appointment, I kindly ask for advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
• Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the base price of the service booked.
• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to show, will be charged 100% of the base price of the service booked.
Because these appointments are reserved exclusively for you and are often difficult to fill on short notice, this policy allows me to continue providing the highest level of service to all clients.
